KARMA SLAVE
CHARACTER SELECTOR

Which character from Karma Slave most closely matches your personality?  No doubt you cannot live without the answer.  Ten questions and it is yours.

1. Instead of how you see yourself...how do you suppose you come off to others?
Friendly, accepting, concerned for them despite us being strangers.  I hope so, anyway.
They're probably afraid I'm going to kill them. I don't blame them.
I really don't know. I'm just glad if they don't run away screaming in terror.
I fill people with fear and awe. They tremble before my terrible beauty and power. Poor little dears.
Let's see, do I care. Hmm... that would be a no.
I tend to confuse people.

2. Where do you lean in terms of style?
Casual clothing such as jeans and t-shirts, but I like accessories like ankhs and such.
Black, and... black. Oh. I like black, too. I'm also fond of exotic jewlery, like slave bracelets, chokers, and elaborate necklaces.
Suits and gloves. I must protect my hands from the filth of the masses.
I like fishnets and boots, and sometimes I go pretty heavy on the eyeshadow and lipstick.
Black and white. I like the contrast.
What does it matter? I look great in everything. I would walk around naked if I thought the world could handle the perfection that is my body.

 3. What sort of movies do you like?
Blood! Death! Violence! Stuff blowing up! People blowing up! The more, the better.
I admit it... I really like romantic comedies. Shut up, they're cute.
Intellectual and/or art house movies. Movies that would better be called 'films' actually.
I like every genre. Mmm, movies.
Movies? I have better things to do.
Fantasy and science-fiction, whenever I'm able to get out and see one.

4. How would you react to a snide or cutting remark directed towards you?
I'd beat the shit out of the bastard.
I'd be upset, but I'd bottle it up. The anger would probably manifest itself in little snippy comments made towards that person in the future.
I would calmly ask him the reason for his puerility. Failing an acceptable answer, I'd beat the shit out of him.
I would walk away. But the next day he might have an unfortunate accident. Or five.
I'd laugh it off or ignore it. It's not worth the energy to respond to negativity.
I'd return it with an equally cutting remark. All fall beneath the blade of my rapier wit!

5. How would you react to a snide or cutting remark directed towards your friend in your presence?
I'd beat the shit out of the bastard. Didn't you just ask me this question...?
I would do nothing. I don't fight my friend's battles for them.
I would administer a glare of death. Perhaps I might even clench my fists in a menacing manner.
Eh? Friends? No, none of those here.
The response depends on the remark, but I'd make sure they were sorry they opened their damn mouth.
What?  Someone was talking?  Oh, my name wasn't mentioned, I didn't hear, so sorry...

6. Suppose you saw a person abruptly hit by a truck or some other form of metal death machine on television, in a fictional show.  How would you react?
Since it's just on TV, I would probably laugh.  But if it were real, I would be horrified.
I'd laugh.
I would be horrified.
I wouldn't be affected.

 7. How do you act at a social gathering?
If I ever happen to get dragged into going, I usually just sulk in a corner (or cling to whoever made me go).
I'm a little shy around strangers, so I tend to stick to the people I know.  Unless I get drunk...
I introduce myself to everyone.  I tell them they look fabulous, even if in my mind the opposite is true.  Suckers.
I'm outgoing, so I not only like meeting new people, but introducing them to my old friends also.
I don't go out of my way to be friendly.  People are just drawn to me. I'm like honey, baby, and all the flies want some.
I talk to whoever looks interesting... or like they might have something I want.

8. Choose the quotation you like best.
"To be nobody but yourself -in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you like everybody else- means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight, and never stop fighting." (E.E. Cummings)
"It's not true that life is one damn thing after another; it is one damn thing over and over." (Edna St Vincent Millay)
"The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong." (Mahatma Gandhi)
"The dead cannot cry out for justice; it is a duty of the living to do so for them." (Lois McMaster Bujold)
"There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line." (Oscar Levant)
"I would never die for my beliefs because I might be wrong." (Bertrand Russell)

9. What do you do in your spare time?
Collecting (anything).  And recently I've started murdering people.
Shopping!  Especially for jewelry (or other accessories).
Reading.  And plotting deviously.
Helping my friends (as long as they help me too).
Playing video games, watching movies, et cetera.
Practicing my instrument (drums, piano, etc), being with my friends.

10. Let's say you saw a stranger crying on a park bench or some other public place.  What would you do?
I'd hug them, but then tell'im to snap out of it.  As long as they're not dead, there's no reason to cry.
I would sit beside him nervously and eventually stutter out a 'What's wrong?'
I'd ignore it.  It's none of my business.
I honestly don't think I would notice something like that.
I'd ask if he was alright and give him an encouraging smile.
I would sit beside them and hold out my hand, so he could hold it if he wanted to.
