IN BRIEF: Kaitlyn is an atypical leader for her group, as she hates fighting and in fact rarely ever even actively participates in battle.  When she does, her function is mainly to heal, despite having the power within her to do a great deal of damage.  She is restrained by an affinity for forgiveness and pacifism that borders on the uncontrollable: she expresses a desire to join in battles as the story progresses, but never finds herself quite up to it.  Kaitlyn is kind and forgiving to a fault, though she is an excellent judge of character and thus talented when it comes to diplomacy.  She is sensitive, both in her responses to the opinions of others and their feelings.  Her ability to understand all types of people strengthens her pacifistic beliefs; in her opinion there is no such thing as war, only differing points of view.  Yet she also knows that her views are idealistic, though she still clings to them after having them regularly refuted by the actions of those she must fight.  Her general attire is uncomplicated, as she prefers jeans, T-shirts and worn out shoes (though she is not adverse to dresses and skirts).

POWERS:

• Radical Healing: This is not an attack, per se. Instead, it heals most wounds.  Exceptions include fatal wounds (such as bullets to the brain or other vital areas) and wounds that result in dismemberment (in other words, it can't reattach someone's hand or foot).
• Wall: Also a defensive ability; it deflects psychic based attacks.  However, unlike in the game, this is the only sort of magic it can defend.  For example (as evidenced in Heart of Glass) it doesn't block gravity-based attacks.

Kiera is quiet, serious and mature beyond her years.  She speaks concisely and to the point, and rarely loses her cool demeanor even in a tense situation.  Her attitude is not that of a pessimist, but of a realist: she sees things as they are, rather than what they should be (as Kaitlyn does).  However, despite her ability to comprehend higher level concepts and modes of thinking, Kiera has very little empathy for anyone.  While she does not openly berate Kaitlyn for her attitudes towards the 'villains' as Jada does, she regardless rarely understands her motives for doing so.  But she is not cruel, simply cold, though she has a powerful sense of loyalty and the ability to form deep relationships in spite of her seeming insensitivity.  Kiera leans towards darkly colored clothing that covers most of her body (she hates the sun), i.e. a long black skirt and a long-sleeved black shirt.

POWERS: 

• Dark Force:  This attack creates orbs of black energy that swirl around the target, gathering together to then cause a small explosion.  Good for knocking people off their feet.
• Dark Gate: Opens a small, swirling black hole crackling with dark energy above the target, shocking/sucking up the target's energy.  At best, causes unconsciousness, at worst, a stumble.

The day to her best friend Kiera's night, Jada is outgoing, friendly and cheerful.  While her destiny as a savior of the planet does not terribly thrill her, she goes at it with the most enthusiasm of the group.  Kaitlyn's tendency to sympathize with the villains frustrates her, even when it's plain that Kaitlyn is in the right.  Jada has a problem with grey areas, not because she can't see them, but rather she refuses to in order so as not to complicate her already difficult job.  Jada relishes battle and tends to attack first and hardest.  It's not that she completely lacks empathy, she just has little tolerance for what she considers evil acts (like, say, killing people =P), regardless of the motivation behind it.  Jada favors cute, simple clothing, like floral skirts, airy blouses and sandals.  Her deeply tanned skin is a result of both genetics and a love of frying herself in the sun.

POWERS:

• Lucent Beam: Beams of pure, searing light shoot from every corner, crisscrossing and striking the enemy a number of times.
• Lucid Barrier:  Similar to Sailormana's Wall, except that it deflects physical attacks.  This invulnerability wears off after prolonged strikes.

Completely insane, Roan operates on a whim, doing what she wants, when she wants.  Due to her intelligence, intimidating personality, and the influence of her rich father (who is also a bit touched in the head), she gets away with it.  Roan is brilliant, far too much so for her high school, but she remains there anyway.  Roan's speech pattern will often alternate between hisses, mad chuckles and surprisingly eloquent thoughts, as well as completely careless and random remarks.  Her insanity is not the dangerous sort, though she does like watching things explode.  She is protective of her friends in an odd kind of way, and her powerful attacks are very useful in battle. Roan wears a labcoat most of the time, as she spends most of her time working either in her own lab or one at school, though her clothes underneath are usually a simple t-shirt and shorts (and.. really high red lace up boots).

POWERS:

• Fire Bouquet: Small bursts of flame surround the enemy, causing him/her to be engulfed in fire for a few minutes.  Pleasant :D
• Flame Wall: As it sounds--enormous columns of fire shoot up from the ground, forming a wall.  This can be used defensively (to prevent enemies from getting too close) or offensively (it can be aimed directly at where the target is standing).

Lani is insecure and cynical.  She joined the team very reluctantly, but she cares too much for her friends to ever leave. An introvert, Lani would rather be at home with a good book than out with friends, and her ideal Friday is a night alone with a new game in the Playstation (2..).   Prior to her membership she immersed herself in a fantasy world through her love of games and animation, but she found quickly that actually living the life of a destined hero is not  as glamourous as she once thought.  She lacks courage and a belief in herself, though she participates in fighting more often than Kaitlyn.  Her attacks are unbelievably powerful, but they are weighted down by Lani's fear of failure.  They are additionally hampered by her natural cowardice.  Her clothing style leans towards skirts and dresses; she rarely wears jeans.

POWERS:

• Air Blast:  Creates sharp, chakra like blasts of wind that converge simultaneously on a target, usually with a ripping/cutting effect.
• Paralysis: Holds the enemy to their place, although a target can still speak.
• Thunderbolt: Sends down a big jolt of lightning on a target's head.

Azura is high-strung and somewhat self-absorbed, although she would never admit to either of these things.  She shares some of Kaitlyn's ability for empathy and also dislikes fighting, though her nature is not so uncontrollably pacifistic.  As an only child, Azura is spoiled, but self-sufficient, due to the fact that her mother spends most of her time at work (she's a heart surgeon) and her father is still in London.  She despises being alone (likely because of her home life) and tries hard to make new friends and be social.  She has a kind, open nature, but she's also somewhat anal-retentive.  She loves being a member of the team, as she feels that it proves that she is 'special' and different from the rest of the world somehow--something she has felt since childhood.  Azura's style is very girly--she wears very nice dresses, makeup, perfume, and high heels when going out, even if it's just to the mall or the movies.

POWERS:

• Cure Water: Again, slightly similar to Sailormana's Radical Healing, except much, much weaker.  Cure Water is only capable of healing minor/light wounds (scratches and such).
• Freeze: Enormous spheres of ice crash down on the target, like a giant hail.
• Acid Rain: As one might expect, this attack causes a concentrated fall of acid rain on its target.

Something of a flake, Celina is nonetheless a deeply intuitive person.  She is fascinated by and in tune with the occult, especially tarot cards, with which she performs consistently accurate readings.  Due to harsh treatment by her father (who finally left the family, much to Celina's joy), Celina is slightly xenophobic, especially towards men.  She's easily intimidated and a bit skittery, but not craven.  She loves what friends she makes deeply, and in fact she is quite kind in general.  She just finds people somewhat hard to deal with.  Her powers serve mainly to bolster those  of her allies, but she has powerful attacks as well--plus the ability to foretell he future with her cards.  Her clothing style is somewhat gothic, as she wears black and silvery clothing with crosses and ankhs to accessorize, though she of course does not consider herself goth.

POWERS:

• Lunar Boost: Increases the power of her fellow senshi's attacks.

Surprisingly mature and analytical, CK knows exactly why she's back in the past and what she's doing there.  Her speech is mysteriously eloquent for a child, though she has her child-like qualities as well (such as referring to her father as 'Daddy', even when pressed for his name).  Her parentage is unknown, much to everyone's dismay.

A mysterious and ruthless individual, Sailorknight has an incredibly strict, self righteous moral code that she uses to justify her violent behavior.  She pursues her goals with a  driven kind of madness.  Not actually a Senshi per se, Sailorknight nonetheless has a transformation and outfit (though it differs starkly from that of the others).  She wields a giant sword and uses it well, and is further trained in martial arts.  Powerful, fast, and deadly, Knight is a threat to both Kaitlyn's enemies and sometimes Kaitlyn herself, as she claims to be on no one's side but her own.  Her motivation is as of yet still unclear.
